The bathroom was luxurious and stocked with every amenity you could think of. The hotel's service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made us feel right at home.

Excellent central location, close to subway and attractions. Great pool and gym facilities. Beautiful airport pick-up in a new Mercedes. Superb, clean, modern room with comfortable bed and pillows. Fantastic staff and outstanding breakfast choices. Quality room technology and fast elevators.

Nothing not to like.

We were happy with the free breakfast and the free Wi-Fi, especially since we were on a budget. The hotel was positioned in a convenient area close to public transportation and tourist attractions. Another aspect we enjoyed was the stunning view from our room.

Our entire experience was dampened by the lackluster service. The staff had a negative attitude and seemed frustrated when we asked for assistance.

Fabulous place overall, it is impeccably clean, location is particularly good and absolutely perfect to wangfujing area. The service is courteous with private parking available and outstanding meals. Guests can get extra bed too.

The hotel's location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city's Financial District and within walking distance to all the great brand stores and huge malls. The breakfast offered at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. this hotel surpassed all my expectations and provided a fantastic experience.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was outstanding, especially the delicious croissants. I was extremely impressed with the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, location, and the friendliness of the staff.

This hotel is a luxurious gem! the a, la, carte breakfast options are sensational, catering to all dietary requests. the beautifully appointed spa centre has heated swimming pools and state of the art sauna facilities. the friendly and attentive service staff were available 24/7 to answer every need. the private facilities are exclusive with in, room breakfast, bar/lounge area and coffee/tea in the lobby. We felt pampered with massages that were professionally executed leaving us feeling rejuvenated. Cons: the only minor issue we experienced was with the live entertainment which was quite limited.
